Some things have changed at Fletcher since it was established in 1881. Others, however, have stayed the same. Now specializing in road curb, Fletcher has modernized its facility with the most advanced wire and diamond blade saws, guillotines, and tools necessary in curb production.
The operation sits on a 100 acre site including the Chelmsford granite quarry, which remains unchanged. With such an immense space, Fletcher has the capacity to produce and store large custom projects while maintaining a vast inventory for on-demand purchases.
Located North of Boston
Located just north of Boston, Fletcher is centrally located to serve all of New England and the surrounding region by truck and tractor transport. An on-site rail spur to the intercontinental rail allows for easy and affordable access nationwide. Rail transportation enables Fletcher to economically move large amounts of raw blocks from its network of domestic granite quarries to its production facility. This ensures that blocks are readily available so that production never stops. While roadbuilding is seasonal, production takes place at Fletcher year round to ensure inventory is on the ground when it's needed.
